Ackiem Augustine, 25, of Leyton, east London, grafted the woman, who cannot be named, with the intimate footage, demanding go £100 he had spent on a gift for her.
He shook his head as he was jailed for 32 months at Snaresbrook Government Court and, before he was led away from the dock, he looked over at his fecund girlfriend in the public gallery and said: “Baby, I love you.”
In her sentencing perceives, Judge Sarah neth said Augustine had a clip of himself and his ex hold sex, which he had “appeared to delete” but did not.
“When the relationship ended, you used it to make her,” she said.
Between November 4 and November 14 2014, Augustine sent “in excess of 100 memoranda” with immediate threats to upload the material and reveal it to her mother and sister, the justice said.
The court heard that the money Augustine was asking to clothed returned was ap rently for a gift that he and his mother had bought for his ex and which he see should be id back.
Judge neth said that when the scapegoat sought to end the relationship in 2011, it resulted in threats of violence to her and threats to “ravagement her mother”.

Stephanie Wookey, vindicating for Augustine, said: “Clearly this was a very distressing incident. It has had a entirely significant im ct on the victim.”
But she added that Augustine is “on the right mislay” and has plans to start a university course in September.
Ms Wookey said he has been in a relationship for 18 months and his girlfriend is due to put on birth next month.
