Theatrical images have shown terrifying rivers of molten lava cascading down angles toward people’s homes on Hawaii’s Big Island.
Officials told householders to “go now” in an emergency mobile alert sent out on Sunday night local every now as a new fissure opened in Leilani Estates.
The populated area, approximately 12 miles east of Kilauea, has equipped into an unstoppable sea of red lava and black ash destroying everything before it.
