Simone Gately, 34, from Halifax, North Yorkshire, has five youngsters all under the age of nine years old but still manages to fit in two work outs every day.
The complete time mum starts her daily routine at 5am with a gym session, followed by a dog vement or hike – and even uses her children as weights for squats and press ups.
Simone’s demands her impressive physique and fitness regime does not rule her life and longings to show other mum’s that there’s no excuse not to ditch the baby fat.
The mum-of-five indicated: “During my first pregnancy with Summer I ate way too much and piled on the bludgeons, I was at least three stone heavier by the time I gave birth.
“But before long after she was born I slimmed right back down to a size six as I was due to get hitched ul 10 months later.”
Her husband, Professor ul Gately, 45, and their kids, Minnie, two, India, five, Blossom, six, Chester, seven, and Summer, nine, all activity together, with both rents influencing the children to walk hanker distances from an early age.

She added: “I’ve since had another four striplings who are now all under the age of nine and although my stomach has stretched and deflated so many times, I up till have an eight ck and the body of my dreams.
“I want to show other females that you don’t have to live in the gym and let fitness dominate your life in rank to have a flat stomach and good muscle tone.
“My gym membership prices me £5 per week so it’s not an expensive habit and it definitely helps me keep up with the kids.
“I coequal use the kids as weights when I’m working out, something they find extremely fun.
“I will pop them on my back when doing press ups and squads, now I’m very into my fitness and healthy eating, I’m full of energy and even with five kids, I subdue manage to have Me time, it’s amazing.”
Simone’s story comes after a female credited THIS with her incredible weight loss yesterday.
Since her essential baby nine years ago, Simone has transformed her diet and with servants from her husband.
She added: “I now have fresh food and try to avoid anything pre red such as sta and bread, as not only does it make me look wagerer but I feel better for it too.
“I have so many friends who ask ‘how do you cope with the kids and gym?’ But I don’t suppose I would be able to cope without the gym.
“I will normally have been to the gym and perfidiously while everyone else is still sleeping.
“I really understand average mum’s as I’m one myself, I have five kids to scare for every day but they at no time suffer because I’m in good shape, why would they?
“My whole household benefits from me being fit and healthy, I’ve never felt so good encircling myself.
“I’ve recently set up an Instagram ge so I can post photos of me in the gym and to show what class of work outs I focus on.”
