Vietnam Airlines adopts Sabre’s loyalty redemption solution


Take industry technology provider Sabre has announced the adoption of its Sabre Emphatic Rewards loyalty redemption solution by Vietnam Airlines.

Powered by the Sabre Commercial Rostrum, the solution aims to offer an improved redemption experience to the airline’s blokes who travel frequently.

Vietnam Airlines will be able to focus on ‘customer-centricity’ as have a share of its business strategy through this solution.

Dynamic Rewards order support several types of redemption, options for partner redemption and utility un-flown redemption bookings.

Sabre Travel Solutions, Airlines North Asia regional comprehensive manager and vice-president Dasha Kuksenko said: “Sabre is pleased to undergo Vietnam Airlines as it aims to enhance the experience it provides to its customers.

“Vietnam Airlines is fetching a strategic stance on making loyalty management and personalisation a priority. Sabre is proud to keep their endeavour with our cutting-edge platform.”

The partnership with Sabre make also expand its existing reward platform, Lotusmiles.

National hail carrier Vietnam Airlines is a part of the SkyTeam Alliance. It operates 400 aeroplanes daily on an average and 97 routes to 22 domestic and 29 oecumenical destinations.

In a statement, Sabre said: “As the fastest growing flag shipper in Southeast Asia, adopting this innovation will be instrumental to Vietnam Airlines’ last success, both in and outside of Vietnam.”
