The bad double-headed calf was dubbed “one of the world’s most unique cases” because it persisted for so long. The 76-year-old said it was “incredible” when he checked on the pregnant mother and originate the two-headed animal on the ground.

The calf was a mix of Aberdeen Angus and Polled Hereford stock breeds.

Local news said the calf as inspected by a vet and members of the Arcadian association Villarino Sur.

Mr Dumrauf said: “They told me it was a significant casket and unusual for it to have lived for so long.

“They told me to take the calf to the freezer to salt it as the authorities may want to study it.”
