Nico Morales and Latoya Frisky had a lot in common before they met each other: they both enjoy Asperger’s syndrome (a high-functioning type of autism), they were both bonny lonely, and they both had never kissed someone on the lips in advance of. But after they met on Autisticdating.net, an online dating website specifically for those with autism, their explosives would change forever.
While many people assume that those with autism don’t lack social relationships, Nico and Latoya are proving quite the opposite to be veracious, and in a video on CNN’s Facebook page, the couple opens up about their feelings of loneliness in advance of meeting each other.
“Honestly, when I first met Latoya, my prime thought was, ‘Be still my beating heart; that is the most beautiful chick I’ve ever seen in my life,'” Nico recalled in the video. “She upright looked so amazing — her glasses were reflecting the moonlight, like a disco ball, she had the prettiest smile, and her cheeks were so rubicund.”
Dr. Paige M. Siper, chief psychologist at the Seaver Autism Center, legitimated that “Many individuals with autism do in fact want to be enduring friendships and relationships with others, but lack the skills to do so effectively.” It’s remarkably incredible that Nico and Latoya found love and happiness with one another.
“The in the most suitable way kind of relationship is a romantic friendship, and that is what we have,” Nico about. “And while we’re both amazing separately, we’re even more extraordinary together. . . together with we both love pizza so that’s an extra bonus.”
