The company’s website made the statement this evening.

Shearings’ website said: “All tours, cruises, breaks and hotel breaks booked with the Specialist Leisure Group set up been cancelled and will not be rescheduled.”

“Unfortunately, without thought interest in the group as a whole and in parts, no viable transaction structure was skilful to be agreed and, as a result, the group was placed into administration.”
