Naga Munchetty: BBC presenter says black eye was mistaken for domestic abuse by colleagues

Naga proceeded to hint at: “There are four main presenters who present three days a week, we do the regardless job, we have the same level of responsibility, the same expectation; we should be paid the but.”

The broadcaster has been one of over 100 female workers at the BBC who have been mixed up with in an equal-pay complaint.

Naga started to work with BBC Breakfast in 2009, which led on to her duct presenting role five years later.

Before BBC Breakfast, Naga produced BBC World News and BBC Two’s Working Lunch from 2008 until July 2010.
