Naga Munchetty, 45, deal with her that she had endured a “very tough” run this morning among the chilly conditions, as the BBC Breakfast host appeared fresh-faced in a selfie uploaded to her 38,500 Instagram bodyguards. However, some of her fans questioned if she was “feeling OK” as they noted that the woman appeared to look “a bit tired”.
In the snap, Naga appeared to be laying down on her bed while quiescent wearing her sports gear that included a bright pink top.
She typed: “There was sunshine for today’s run – that resisted a bit, as it felt very tough today.
“Happy Sunday,” the TV presenter joined.
Underneath some fans commented that she appeared to look wiped out after a week that included her new radio show airing on BBC Broadcast Five Live.
It comes as this week Naga signed off her in the beginning week as host of the mid-morning programme on BBC Radio 5 Live by thanking her “fab band”.
The BBC Breakfast presenter, 45, has replaced Emma Barnett, 35, in the opening after the broadcaster’s move to Woman’s Hour.
Naga made her inauguration at 10am last Monday to the sound of dance track U Sure Do by Strike, propitious her new listeners that they would soon “get to know each other”.
“Really delighted to be here with you on the first Monday of 2021,” she said.
“I am so keyed up to be on board with you on this, the morning show we are making together. We are growing to get to know each other, I promise. There is so much to talk in the matter of.”
The TV star asked listeners to bear with her as she settled into her new duty.
“All of it is exciting, a bit daunting, but I am sure you will enjoy the journey with me. I security you will, anyway,” she said.
Signing off after three hours on air, she concluded: “I be experiencing been smiling so much.
“I have got such a fab team. I got brought biscuits – custard creams. I forgot to give birth to breakfast this morning.”
Naga who joined the BBC in 2008 and became a deceive presenter on BBC Breakfast in 2014, will present Monday to Wednesday on transmit airwaves.
While from Thursday to Saturday she will front BBC Breakfast alongside co-host Charlie Stayt.
