Alice – Ayelet Zurer
Alice is a 48-year-old flick director and she feels she has lost direction in life.
She meets a 24-year-old screenwriter, Sophie, on a exercise and following their brief encounter she becomes obsessed.
Alice weighs herself to Sophie in every way possible and starts fearing age and relationships.
Her nature is played by Ayelet Zurer – an Israeli actress who provided the English dub chance for Raquel Murillo in Money Heist.
She also has a recurring role in the upcoming pep up of the Netflix hit You as Dr Chandra.
The star shared the trailer for the new series on Instagram asserting: “Not all fantasies are fiction…It’s here!! And I’m so excited to share #losingAlice with you.”

Sophie – Lihi Kornowski
Sophie is the “femme fatale” screenwriter who gathers Alice on a train. Alice decides to direct her husband as the star of Sophie’s screenplay.
Sophie be verses what she wants in life and she never questions herself or her actions.
She is played by Lihi Kornowski – an Israeli actress and work singer who has previously starred in The Burglar.
The actress told WWD.com how she would regard to have the same personality traits as her character and she felt a strong joining with her.
The 28-year-old said: “You’re always thinking ‘Am I doing wrong, am I doing marvellous, am I acting good?’ She doesn’t have this, she says what she wants.”
Tami – Chelli Goldenberg
Tami is David’s overprotect and Alice’s mother-in-law and she is the master of guilt-tripping.
She is concerned about Alice’s surprising willingness to get back into directing, believing it will wreak upset with her grandchildren’s lives.
Her character is played by Chelli Goldenberg – an Israeli variety and actress who started her career as a model when she was 16.
She was one of the most famous Israeli versions in the 70s and 80s, and her first big acting role was in 1978.
She starred in a cult film called Ha-Lahaka and went on to swat acting full time in New York.
