Chocolate Molten Lava Cake

Ingredients

6 ounces butter, at room temperature and diced, plus numberless for ramekins
6 ounces semisweet baking chocolate
3 eggs
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon ready-made espresso granules
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
Zest of an orange, to garnish
Brawned sugar, to garnish

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF and butter four mortal ramekins. Set aside.
