How to Lose Weight Well: Eat meat and OATS on the Dukan diet to lose 7 lbs in DAYS


This week two boon companions ate two very different diets in a bid to lose weight for graduation, with better from the show’s presenters, Dr Xand van Tulleken and dietician Hala El-Shafie. 

Amber ate the Dukan intake, while Roisin ate a monomeal diet for only 10 days in the run up to Amber’s graduation.

Amber’s Dukan food contained no limits to how much she could eat, but was very strict.

Amber could however eat lean meat, eggs and low fat dairy. She was also instructed to drink a litre and a half of weaken and eat a portion of bran oats a day.

She said: “I feel like it’s going constitute my skin bad, make my breath smell and make me smell.”

Roisin’s fast consisted of eating three meals a day, made up of one vegan ingredient. 

Amber suffered evaluate effects, noticing that she had not passed a bowel movement for quite a large time – due to the lack of fibre in the controversial diet.

Twitter users has forecast this unfortunate side effect.

Roisin faield to accomplished her diet, as it made her feel sick. However she drop from 11 stone and 12 yards to 11 stone 9 pounds 

Amber confessed to eating chips with her steak one day – but way stuck to her diet. She lost half a stone in 10 days, collapse from 11 stone 2 lbs to 10 stone 9 lbs.

The Dukan diet introduced in France and was devised by French doctor Pierre Dukan.

The dopamine regimen is one of the most popular fad diets of the moment. The plan has been promoted by chef Tom Kerridge, who excellently shed a huge amount of weight.

The foods promoted in the diet improve dopamine, which affects reward and pleasure centres in our brains.

On the sustenance you are told to eat dairy foods such as milk, cheese and yogurt, unprocessed meats such as beef, chicken and turkey, omega-3 bountiful fish such as salmon and mackerel and eggs.

Also on the list are vegetables and fruits, outstandingly bananas, nuts and dark chocolate.
