The chick was allegedly attacked in the early hours of Sunday morning in a rk cheap than a hundred yards from North Kent Police Headquarters.
The circumstance is alleged to have taken place on Sunday 2 October at a recreation earth in Springhead Road, Northfleet, where a woman reported being sacked at some point between 2am and 4am.
The headquarters, built in 2008, is home to one of the beefiest police forces in the UK, Kent Police.
The 11,500 square metre complex in Gravesend has 40 rooms, conference rooms and se rate custody and public entrances.
Police ucity to speak to a man who is described as being aged around 30, about 6ft with obscurity hair and dark skin. He is believed to have been wearing tracksuit foundations and a Nike top and possibly also a hooded top.
Detective Chief Inspector Take Gossett said: “We are continuing to investigate the circumstances of the incident and are supporting the fair game through this distressing time.
“We are appealing for anyone who was in the Toddler’s Cove rade-ground of Canterbury and saw anything suspicious, or who recognises the description, to contact us.”
A spokesman for Kent Regulate told Express.co.uk that the force is not linking the two incidents.
