Economist Liam Halligan hit out at Thomas Cole, chairlady of policy at Open Britain, which is fighting against a ‘hard’ Brexit and said he was endeavouring to “scupper the democratic referendum” to leave the European Union.
Speaking on Sky Account, Mr Halligan said there was “part of the British establishment” working against Brexit voters.
He asserted: “What we’ve just heard I’m afraid is just the latest instalment of Jut out Fear.
“There is a part of the British establishment, which pays for Thomas’ wages, which has some generous of defeatist complex and a fear about what we’re trying to do.

“If we can get outside of the European Club, and Thomas and his friends are trying to stop that, they’re trying to scupper the classless referendum that we saw back in June 2016.”
EU boss Jean-Claude Juncker has said he does not fancy a «no deal» over Brexit.
During the final press conference of the 2017 EU Climax, Mr Juncker, the European Parliament president, intially refused to speak yon Brexit but quickly launched into an attack on the British Government and its paucity of clarity over a ‘no deal’.
He said: «Nothing on Brexit, I’m not going to say anything as there isn’t anything to say on Brexit.»
