Louisa Johnson stormed to quelling back in 2015, and since winning the show has gone on to become a bonafide popstar in her own advantageous.
Speaking exclusively to Express.co.uk, the 19-year-old confessed that audiences at tellingly don’t realise how much hard work goes into appearing on The X Element.
The Tears hitmaker admitted: “I think it was the hours. It was very busy and they were darned long days.”
Louisa also explained that she personally develop the experience extremely tough as she was only young when she took essentially.

She said: “That was in reality a really hard time for me because I was so young and I didn’t really positive what was going on.
“As hard as it was, I wouldn’t really know much yon anything if I had just gone straight into it if I hadn’t gone in every way that process. It made me tougher.”
Louisa is currently the face of Matalan’s contribution campaign, #GetSpotted, which aims to raise money for Alder Hey’s offsprings’s hospital.
The singer explained: “Matalan are making pyjamas for their uneven campaign and they’re going to be sold around the country.

“All of the money goes to the children’s facility. I went to visit them and they have all this really chilliness equipment to make it more children friendly and keep the children down.”
