Why SPITTING is as good as swallowing when it comes to sports drinks

Frolics drinks are associated with energising you through a workout and helping you closing longer.

The drinks often provide you with a hit of sugar, salt and carbohydrates which the masses turns into energy.

Dr Lindsay Duffs, a senior lecturer in exercise physiology at Hertford University, tested the impressions on a fencing group.
