The actress revealed the scale of weight loss was a slower than the average person but that she wanted that.
She explained: «Lyme disease and m.e can really play havoc with how your practice works — plus my consultant Donna stressed that my health is the myriad important thing so I took things a little more slowly whilst inkling more energised and even with health issues…I’ve still handled to do it.»
The star revealed she’s been trying toe Cambridge weight plan for precisely over five weeks and her BMI is already in a much healthier range.
