I know now how much sugar is in it.One can of the fizzy pop has not quite 150 calories, and Laura was packing in an extra 1,700 calories a day with the sugary custom.Drinking two litres a day, Laura was putting away 840 calories and an stunning 212-grams of sugar per day.This is something many people do without realising the trenchant effects on their waistline, and cutting this out could be enough to truly beat the pounds.When Laura cut out Coca-Cola, she noticed the weight wanting off straight away.She was encouraged to cut it out when her dad pointed out what it was doing to her, she also feted to the Mirror.She added: “One day I was at home in my pyjamas and I wanted him to go to the off-licence to get me some Coke. I reflect on he just thought it had gone too far.“It was so much caffeine, so much sugar. You get a bit older and superiority is harder to lose. Then I cut the Coca-Cola out and started to notice the difference and then even-handed decided to keep it up.”On top of gaining weight, the sugar in fizzy drinks can also result in problems to skin and teeth.Laura also admitted to following common media fitness star Joe Wicks’ Body Coach and completing his workouts four points a week.The Keto diet is recommended by many for weight loss, but what day-to-day foods should be avoided?
