The Tory MEP suggested Theresa May’s vision for Brexit was clear and the country “wanted its sovereignty”.
Mr Hannan criticised Strait 4 News host Matt Frei who said UK infighting was “confusing” for European Joint chiefs.
Frei said: “While we’re busy negotiating with each other, it’s not merely confusing to Brussels and the other 27, but also it basically makes us utter vulnerable to their bargaining position.”
But Mr Hannan said the Government had streamed two white papers setting out in “granular detail” major Brexit clearing points.

He said: “Well, I maintain hearing this but actually we’ve set out two white papers, we set out the original Lancaster Domicile speech and then the Prime Minister’s Florence speech and we set out a number of exact papers covering in quite granular detail how we can avoid a physical purfle in Ireland.
“How we can guarantee the rights of EU nationals already here, how we can ensure that as probably as a free trade deal, we continue to participate as a friend and ally in other areas.
“I deliberate on our vision is a very clear one, we want to take back our sovereignty.”
UK Brexit chief David Davis has declined claims progress is slow in the divorce talks claiming the negotiations had been “lightning rakish” “by EU standards.

The Brexit negotiations have stalled recently as the two sides weakened to come to an agreement on issues including the divorce payment and citizens nautical starboards.
Speaking to the German newspaper Die Welt, Britain’s Brexit Secretary screened the progress the negotiators had made in the divorce talks.
He said: “As far as we can resolve the issues at column move house, we have done a pretty good job of doing it.”
