The Frenchman has fly at under mounting scrutiny after the Gunners slipped from the top of the Prime League table to third, 11 points behind leaders Leicester and left the Champions League and FA Cup.

And in recent weeks, Arsenal fans have brought burgees to matches, calling for Wenger to step down.

But the 66-year-old insists he is delivered to doing his best for the club and ignores the abuse.

He told beIN Frisk: “I don’t worry too much about all the rest, what people say.

“All the rest is judgments, perceptions and that is linked with the beliefs from the last result or the last let-down or the last happiness.

“In my job you focus on what is important and that’s to perform.

“I suppose in life you should focus on what you’re appointed for and I’m appointed to perform and do the tucker for my club.

“That’s all I focus on. My future is my future, I don’t master that myriad than you.”
