This time Pam take hold ofed charge of the reservation, again making it through website Booking.com and for the Rougemont.
But the organize did not go smoothly and Pam mistakenly booked a double room twice for the same dusk.

Pam says she first went to Booking.com but it referred her and her sister to the Rougemont.
As she took the main booking, Rosalind thought she would try first, but was unsuccessful. Though the reservation that was at issue was not in her name, making it impossible for any organisation to receive action in those circumstances.
“When I called,” says Pam, “I was told there was no one there at the unceasingly a once who could do it, so that seemed to be that.
“But my sister and I are both seniors, and pay off a recompense for an extra room that was clearly a mistake did seem rather unharmonious.
“We could have understood if they asked for an administration charge to change it, but the well price seemed over the top. As well as acting quickly the booking was for June, so there was culture to get another guest.”
We asked the Rougemont if in the light of the points Pam made and the factors that she and her sister were going to be customers anyway it could scrutiny its decision.
We are happy to say it came back swiftly and had clearly listened. Unrestricted manager Craig Findleton said: “Advance purchase deals tender great prices which guests like to enjoy and commit to.
