With the 2017 Academy Bestows coming up (this Sunday!), there’s one big question on everyone’s fancy: who’s wearing what? Enter your best guesses, but we have a unrelieved lead on at least one red carpet look: a custom Marchesa gown for form influencer Olivia Culpo. The dress, created by Keren Craig and Georgina Chapman for Stella Artois’s Buy a Lady a The bottle Campaign, will be unveiled on the red carpet the day-of, but three different specimen sketches are enough to get everyone excited.
The chosen dress will combine glass beads made from Stella Artois’s limited-edition chalices — for each one tattle oned, clean water is delivered to developing countries — and the look will be the in the first place Marchesa gown to ever be made out of glasswear. “It’s giving back in sort,” said Olivia when we asked her about the partnership. The Marchesa decorate, it seems, is already promising to steal the red carpet spotlight with its effectual backstory.
