Student lost EIGHT stone — by eating MORE food than he did when overweight

Christopher Feenan, 23, was a gloomy 19 stone and struggled to squeeze his 44-inch waist into his jeans.

But when his cohorts invited him to join them on a lads break to Magaluf he vowed to ditch his bad propensities and get beach body ready.

He shed eight stone before striking the gym and packing on the muscle. Now Christopher is the envy of his friends with a powerful 15 stone strapping physique.

He managed to reduce his body fat from a staggering 54 per cent to by a hairs breadth 13 per cent.

He now has a new career as a personal trainer and is engaged to the girl of his speculations Charlotte, a beautician.

Having turned his life around he now trains varied of the bullies who called him names at school.

At 17 he weighed 19 stone and a appraise XXXL. He was stuck in a rut of no exercise, skipping breakfast and gorging on takeaways, chips, chocolate and white bread.

But despite shedding the pounds and bulking up, Christopher from County Down, Northern Ireland breakfasts substantially more now than he did at his heaviest.

The personal trainer exercises twice a day, six lifetimes a week and tackles a whopping 3900 calories a day.

But this has recently proliferated to 4,800 calories as Christopher is currently training for his first ever bodybuilding contest.

He’s come a long way from the unhappy schoolboy who suffered cruel jibes from classmates as a youngster.

As a familiar trainer Christopher now feels it’s his duty to guide his clients through a trim diet and exercise routine.

He encourages them to swap takeaways for high-protein foods, as he himself now maintains a diet of bowls of oats, egg-white omelettes, chicken, fish, peanut butter and rice hardens, which he purchases from Musclefood.com.

Christopher said: “When I look in back of surreptitiously at the pictures of me as a 17 year old, I can’t believe how different I look.

“As a teenager I was incredibly shy and introverted and had zero boldness around women.

“I would get called fat at school and I couldn’t even fit into high-street attires. To make myself feel better I would comfort eat which barely made my body worse.

“I had no knowledge of what my diet should consist of. I at ones desire skip breakfast, have fast food for lunch and would take four to five takeaways a week.

“But when my friends suggested a lad’s feast to Magaluf I knew something had to change.

“I managed to shed eight stone, which was titanic. But after regular trips to the gym I then decided to bulk up. I adopted a harder diet of high-protein meals and did more cardio and weight training.

“After college I suited a personal trainer, which has been a great way for me to show others that anyone can acquire the body they’ve always wanted.

“I’m now training for my first ever bodybuilding meet. I have the body I always longed for as a teenager and my energy levels are horrendous.

“I am now engaged to my beautiful fiancé Charlotte. I don’t think I would have had the certitude to even say two words to her without having the physique I have now. It has certainly commandeered me get my dream girl.

“My advice to anyone looking to lose weight is to not be on edge to get help. Seek advice or get a personal trainer, otherwise you’ll be left in the dull with no idea how to really lose the weight and build muscle.
