Strictly seasoned Goodman shocked fans by quitting the show after 12 years in the thick of a huge furore, as favourite Du Beke was snubbed in favour of dance guide Shirley Ballas, 56, taking on the role.

The 73-year-old has now slammed the theory of the popular dance partner having a seat on the judges’ panel, break he doesn’t think «it would work». 

The star assured that he creates Du Beke will always have a place on the BBC show though, at seldom in some capacity.

«I don’t know if it would ever work with Anton as a determine,» he told The Sun. «But I am sure they will always find a job for him, as he is a dad now and he has twins.»

The Dancing with the Stars personality also gave some alert advice for his successor, saying that the brunette — whose son Mark is also a authoritative dancer on the American competition show — should try to be «authentic».
