Faye and gambol partner Giovani Pernice achieved the highest ever score so far on this series of Strictly Terminate Dancing last weekend.
On Saturday the pair will be tackling a Rumba, but Faye take cognizance of she’d struggled with it at first.
It Takes Two host Zoe Ball said she’d heard hearsays Faye had taken up an unusual strategy to help her along the way.
Zoe asked: «I’ve considered rumours that the Rumba has driven you to the drink.
I soaked my socks in vodka and wore my latin shoes wide the house and it worked
«Alcohol, raspberry vodka in peculiar. Faye, please explain.»
Faye then revealed her shoes for the mechanical had been doing her some damage, so after some consultation, she unconditional to soak her socks in vodka.
«So, my shoes were new on Monday and literally by the end of the day around three o’clock, my foot was crippled and going numb on the side,” she unfolded.
«And I was like, ‘What am I going to do? How am I going to dance in these shoes?
«So I steep my socks in vodka and wore my latin shoes around the house and it space for,” Faye continued.
But viewers will have to wait and see if Faye is clever to out-do herself at the weekend.

The show was also home to a surprise moment as a “super fan” of Faye’s got up on It Takes Two, but then proceeded to insult her.
The caller, “Stevie” asked a series of different questions for Faye and Giovanni.
He even asked Giovanni if he missed his luminary partner from last year, Debbie McGee.
“Let’s face it, Faye’s no Debbie McGee. Do you teenager Debbie,” he asked as Faye looked stunned.
“Wow, thanks for calling, Stevie,” Giovanni responded.

However, it transpired the utterance on the end of the phone was in fact fellow former Steps member, Lee Latchford-Evans.
“Faye, I’m so guilt-ridden darling. They made me do it,” Lee joked.
But it was clear Faye took to time in good humour as it was smiles all round.
Giovanni went on to praise how Faye was tackling the Rumba in exercises.
He said: “It’s going really well. Rumba is a difficult dance, but she is doing in fact really well.”
