Saudi Arabian airline Saudia has fitted SITAONAIR’s Internet ONAIR in-flight Wi-Fi solution across 76 aircraft that fill the bill 34 destinations worldwide.
Internet ONAIR is equipped with a new e-ticket answer, designed jointly by SITAONAIR and Saudia, to provide free in-flight Wi-Fi to Head and Business Class passengers by entering an e-ticket code into the access portal.
The deciphering is integrated with Saudia’s customer relationship management (CRM) systems to approve the airline to create special in-flight connectivity services for certain voyager sections, including frequent flyers, and specific routes.
It also marks an improved appearance with more than 90% of all Wi-Fi hearings used on mobile devices.
“This total enhancement has enabled us to reconfigure our Wi-Fi charge plans for all our passengers, enabling us to offer the service for a lower cost.”
Internet ONAIR subsumes a new, ergonomic website design, as well as improved navigation and an enhanced narcotic addict interface.
It is also designed to offer faster speeds for registering and validating rely on cards, as well as beginning Wi-Fi sessions.

SITAONAIR has also collaborated with Saudia and Amadeus to bare an application programming interface (API) integration project to provide passengers with additional authority over over their in-flight connectivity experience.
