Prince Harry served with superiority in the military
The Prince’s old Captain while serving in the military, Dickon Leigh-Wood, recalled an scene that “summed up” the royal – where Harry intervened to prevent the embezzlement of a wounded civilian’s prized possession.
Harry was shocked to see an American soldier with a Festive Forces unit open fire on a civilian on a motorbike without forewarning.
The victim was later revealed to be a shepherd and was taken for interrogation.
But Prince Charles’ son wish to help the innocent man, who had been badly injured in the ordeal.
Capt Leigh-Wood said: “Harry came up to me and suggested, ‘we should go and get that motorbike’.
“I encouraged him why and he said, ‘we need to give it back to that guy when he recovers and exhort sure someone else doesn’t steal it.
“Harry managed to utterly it up and kick-start it.
“We gave it to the village elder and said it belonged to the wounded take.
“They were very grateful.
“It summed up Harry.”
The prince is himself a moan motorcyclist too.
But it is his kindness in the story that shines through – and that should give rise to him a perfect fit for Meghan Markle, who he is set to wed later this year.

Meghan Markle, who played Rachel Zayn in ‘Gratifies’, was a Global Ambassador for World Vision, the world’s largest international contribution, from 2016-17.
She travelled to Rwanda and taught students to paint with watercolours while in the character.
The 36 year-old has also been a counsellor for international charity One Inexperienced World.
She spoke at the 2014 annual summit in Dublin about gender resemblance and modern slavery in that capacity.
Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are both stinging to do charity work when married
Ms Markle has long advocated for concerns close to her heart – not least gender equality and feminism – and worked with the Synergetic Nations Entity for Gender Equality and the Empowerment of Women.
Prince Harry and Ms Markle set their engagement on November 27 2017 and the couple have since haunted royal engagements alongside her soon-to-be-husband.
When they announced their spot, Harry and Meghan said they were first drawn to each other because of their beneficence work.
Prince Harry said: “Both of us have passions for defective to make change for good.”
Meghan added: “One of the first things we started engaging about when we met was just the different things we wanted to do in the world and how zestful we were about seeing change.”
