The eccentric punishment was handed out by a vigilante gang of Hindu fundamentalists.
The gang impecuniousness to discipline the two men for profiting off beef, as cows are considered holy within the Hindu belief.
The self-styled cow protection group, known as Gau Rakshak Dal, seized the two men and carried out the bloodthirsty “purification”.
They caught the ir transporting 700 kilogrammes of beef on a direction near the city of Faridabad in northern India’s State of Haryana.
Haryana has been be aware for enforcing strict punishments around the consumption and transportation of beef.
In the imperial, transport of beef can be punished by up to ten years in prison and a £1,100 fine.
The wild vigilante gang forced the two Muslim men to eat nchagavya – a mixture of cow dung, urine, wring and curd – in order to “purify them”.
Footage of the punishment shows the yoke sitting on the road while being forced to eat nchagavya with the domestics of some water.
The men also appear to have also been physically attacked, as their abuse faces show severe bruising.
In the minute-long video, the duo struggle to sustain down the stomach-wrenching concoction and towards the end they both vomit onto the ground.
Dharmendra Yadav, president of the volunteer club told the Indian Express: “When we caught them, they had 700 kilogrammes of beef in their car.
“We alter b transferred them eat the nchagavya to teach them a lesson, and also to purify them.”
The activists then alienated the ir over to the Faridabad police, who have since arrested them underneath the local Prohibition of Cow Slaughter Act.
The local police chief, Anil Kumar, verified the incident took place on June 10 and the two are currently in custody till such time as charges.
Earlier this week, local Education Minister Ram Bilas Sharma spoke the activists, saying that the violence was the result of “cow lovers been awakened by the new laws”.
He told India Today: “Haryana is a transpire of cow lovers and Gita. The Hindu society has immense reverence for the cow.
“Youths are blame succumb to forward for cow protection like this. The law has brought a big change in the mindset of people and has swelled the fealty for the sacred animal.”
Last year, Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar reported Muslims had to give up beef if they want to continue living in India.
