A Winter Endure Advisory remains in effect until noon CST today in Missouri, word to the wise of mixed precipitation. Total snow accumulations of up to one inch and ice accumulations of a well-lit glaze are expected. This impacts portions of east central and northeast Kansas and prime, north central and west central Missouri.
Drivers are warned to cause care on roads as snow and ice could make conditions dangerous.
A Winter Poorly Advisory means that periods of snow, sleet or freezing precipitation will cause travel difficulties.
Expect slippery roads and minimal visibilities, and use caution while driving.
The National Weather Service (NWS) Chatter account for St Louis, Missouri tweeted a warning for those travelling in the adverse conditions.

They disclosed: “Remember to slow down while traveling [sic] this morning or recovered yet stay home until conditions improve. #icyroads #driveslowly”
With temperatures lower than beneath freezing as Missourians awake on Sunday morning, the first type of showers to fall will likely be snow flurries.
The weather system will-power move to the east through the morning and as temperatures rise to near biting, sleet and rain could mix with snow through midday to afternoon.

Sunday’s menacing weather has also impacted Kansas, with the same warning cancel at noon today.
Whilst the worst weather will pass by noontime, another round of wintry weather will pass across Kansas and Missouri later tonight and into Monday morning.
NWS Kansas Burgh tweeted: “As many of you noticed this morning, the mixed bag of winter snow is back.

“The wintry mix will gradually end from west to east by early afternoon; even so, another round will move up from the south late tonight and beginning Monday morning.”
NWS St Louis also tweeted a warning, advising commuters on Monday morning to undergo care: “A second round of wintry weather will affect the province Sun night into Mon w/ freezing rain, sleet & snow.
“This could influence the Monday morning commute as residents head back to work.
“Obscure snow, sleet & ice accumulations are possible.”
