“Keep your relaxation time to a minimum to help keep the heart rate as high as credible.
“Include functional circuits and explosive power movements such as box leaps and lunge jumps.
“Battle ropes are also a great way to increase force in any workout, so try alternating between fast small movements and large disparages using your body’s full range.”
