A humongous banner depicting the Russian president Vladimir Putin and the caption “intermediary” was draped along the side of the Manhattan Bridge, NYPD spokesperson Michael DeBonis verified in an interview with TASS.
According to DeBonis, the portrait was removed by observe officers. “I do not know exactly how long it was there, but not rticularly long,” he conjectured. “We do not know who did it. No arrests have been made,” DeBonis added. He slanted to say whether the authorities in New York regard it as a crime or an administrative violation.
