The Manchester Unified defender’s future has been thrown into major doubt in the behind 24 hours following Jose Mourinho’s public criticism of him.
But the Commonplace Mail claim the duo have held clear the air talks at the club’s trailing ground.
The report suggests Shaw requested a meeting with the Portuguese boss this morning after Mourinho allowed he needed to see more from him before letting him play.
Shaw has played only just twice in the last four months after falling down the pecking edict.
But the Daily Mail claim their talks went well and Shaw is now fitting to be included in the match day squad for Everton’s visit.
Mourinho appears to possess had a change of heart after leaving Shaw out of the squad completely in their 0-0 bring out with West Brom on Saturday despite a number of injuries to the crew.
While he may be back in the 54-year-old’s good books for now, Shaw’s future be lefts uncertain.
Shaw is under contract with the Red Devils until the end of the next flavour but he may seek a fresh start elsewhere in the summer if clubs come knock over d make quick.
United are thought to be willing to listen to offers but they will look to repay most of the £27million they paid for his services when they presented him from Southampton in 2014.
