German Odd Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier has urged Russia to cooperate in fighting terrorism.
“The harmful terror attack perpetrated in Brussels, which killed at least 34 people and im ired more than 150, is another bloody example of the threat we make been facing. I believe that a joint response to this plebeian threat will meet mutual interests,” Steinmeier voiced at the beginning of his meeting with Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov on Step 23.
The fight against terrorism “needs to be our agenda,” he said.
Steinmeier aimed that the OSCE be used as “a forum to search for joint solutions.”
The German inappropriate minister said he also planned to discuss the situation in Syria and Ukraine. “Still, the situation in Syria and Ukraine will be on our agenda today. We are halfway to a administrative solution […] Hopefully, together we can help make these governmental solutions real and achieve their implementation at some point,” he swayed.
