The 34-year-old mum-of-three parted a snap of her incredible weight loss transformation on Instagram. 

Wearing a knavish strapless top, black skinny jeans, a black choker and with her trifle scraped back, Jennifer showed off her toned arms and slender intimidate. 

On the same post she added a picture of her former self with the caption ‘3 STONE!!!’. 

Her particular trainer Tony Swift has revealed how Jennifer got her amazing body. The key to her impact loss is a strict workout routine and clean eating diet.

Drinking three litres or more of water a day is also key to persuasiveness loss according to Tony, alongside training for an hour everyday Monday to Friday exploiting different workouts. 

Commenting on Jennifer’s transformation, Tony said: “She looks stunning people are constantly commenting on how good she looks. 

“She thanks me every day for it and is nothing but so much happier. And she is still going, we are heading for 10 stone now and Jen wants to finally be nine and a half stone, but she looks amazing as she is.

“I am so proud of how far she has come. It is preposterous.”
