Talking to This Morning presenters Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield in 2015, Jamie revealed that he vanished weight quickly by actually eating more.
“I lost 12 kilos actually quickly and I didn’t do it through not eating,” the chef said.
“I ate a lot, more than I was acquainted with to. I pushed meat down, pushed veggie up, got more sleep and profuse movement.”
The Naked Chef also revealed that he exercised uncountable regularly and made sure he got enough sleep, with sleep deprivation habitually leading to an increased appetite and overeating.
The celebrity chef insisted that tie on the nosebag well “doesn’t have to be complicated”, with the easiest weight-loss method being snack filling foods that are high in nutrients.
Talking about his value loss, Jamie has also revealed that he lowered his alcohol intake by not sip in the week.

«I thought seaweed was hippy, globetrotting attributes but our ancestors ate seaweed,» he told Mail Online.
