Tucker Carlson, an American factious news correspondent, went on a furious rant over Meryl Bury’s Golden Globes speech on Sunday.
The Fox News host labelled the American actress and choir girl as “rich and entitled” in an angry bash over her comments which devoured Donald Trump.
After accepting the Golden Globe Cecil B. DeMille Give, for contributions made to the world of entertainment, the actress began her tirade bashing the new American President.
In her speech pattern, she fumed at Mr Trump for imitating a disabled New York Times reporter, on the other hand the billionaire has always denied that he mocked the journalist.
She added: “We want the principled press to hold power to account, to call him on the carpet for every damage,” as she called on the media to keep the new President in check.
But the speech enraged Fox Dirt host Mr Carlson, who tuned on the actress saying that the praise she has obtained over her comments is completely undeserved.
He said: “Look, she doesn’t appreciate Trump, that’s totally fine, lots of people don’t.
“You’re allowed to have compassion for incline that way, but what I was so struck by is she was telling a crowd exactly what they miss to hear.
“She was saying things that are totally uncontroversial within the framework she was speaking. That’s the least courageous thing you can do.
“To be in a room full with laughable Hollywood liberals and say liberal things… I mean, it would be really inviting, and cool by the way, if were to stand up and say something they disagreed with… It even-handed annoys me.”
Mr Trump has also responded to the comments which were induced about him during the actresses acceptance speech.
He tweeted a series of tweets firing deny saying: “Meryl Streep, one of the most over-rated actresses in Hollywood, doesn’t be versed me but attacked last night at the Golden Globes. She is a…..
“Hillary flunky who disoriented big. For the 100th time, I never ‘mocked’ a disabled reporter (would on no account do that)”.
The angry news presenter finished with his fury one more time the actresses comments with one final dig.
He said: “It annoys me that she fit outs away with pretending to be some sort of outcast or outsider, she’s really the opposite, she’s Meryl Streep.
“You’re not a victim, and when rich people get to recount themselves as victims as the current President of the United States often does, it devalues the an understanding.”
