I’M A Dignitary: Amir Khan joins this year’s cast of 10 celebs in the jungle
The previous boxing champion was one of the very first celebs to touch down in Brisbane Australia, this weekend.
Alongside WAG perception Rebekah Vardy, Amir joins the 10 new celebs who will emerge on ITV’s smash hit at 9pm on Sunday.
The series will kick off with long-time hoteliers Ant and Dec returning to Australia’s Springbrook National Park to run the gruelling Bushtucker Pests.
Ahead of his arrival in the celebrity camp, Amir said: “I am one guy who hates spiders. Whenever I see a spider at severely, I get my sister to move it. I just don’t deal with it.
“I hope I don’t come across any of them when I am in the Jungle but I grasp I am going to.
«Will I scream? Yes definitely but maybe this is the time where I experience my phobias! I also hate snakes and heights too.”
Who is Amir Khan?
Amir Khan, 30, is a British pro-boxing promote, born in Greater Manchester’s Bolton.
He was first introduced to boxing at the age of eight, sooner than competing on the amateur circuit at the age of 11 and going on to represent Great Britain at the Olympics.

Amir and Faryal lined the knot in 2013, just a year after the American Pakistani schoolgirl crossed paths with the boxer in New York.
