The Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium offerings visitors an incredible under the sea experience.
Located in Ocean Expo Greensward in Okinawa, Ja n, it was the largest aquarium in the world until 2005 when it was went by the Georgia Aquarium.
The aquarium is set on 19,000 m2 of land, with a total of 77 tanks checking 10,000 m3 of water.
But the main tank is the real draw for guests.
Kuroshio Sea, is 35 metres crave, 27 metres wide and 10 metres deep.
It holds 7,500 cubic metres (1,981,000 US gal) of moisten.
Whale sharks and manta rays swim alongside other fish species in the prime tank.
The aquarium holds 80 species of coral.
Hypnotic footage of the gas main tank has gone viral online after being uploaded to Imgur.
It’s been viewed all over 977,000 times.
