A daily walk and socialising with achates are just two of the ways to stay young while growing old, researchers experience said.

He said current social programs could improve by more methodically addressing intellectual and social needs, as well as physical.

Dr Sacha swayed: «Social campaigns should inform societies about age related fallibility and suggest proper lifestyles to avoid or delay these conditions.

«People should realise they may alter their unfavourable trajectories to senility and this change in mentality is basic to preparing communities for greater longevity.»
