Guam issues emergency guidelines to prepare residents for North Korean attack


Yesterday, the North’s state-run despatch agency said it was preparing plans to fire four intermediate-range projectiles over Japan to land near Guam later this month.

In defiance of the governor of Guam shrugging off North Korea’s missile warning and express there was no heightened threat, the government has issued guidelines for what to do in the at any rate of an attack.

The fact sheet continues: «Fallout safeties do not need to be specifically constructed for protecting against fallout.

The guidelines reciprocate tell people how to wash, urging them not to scrub or scratch overlay or use conditioner — because it binds radioactive material.
