In November Gregg told The Sun in November last year: “When I was at my biggest I was including a daily fry up, fish and chips once per week, takeaway a couple uncountable times and drinking beer nearly every day.”
Most would grant such a diet is hardly conducive to staying lean and healthy, so Gregg returned things around.
He said: “I made a conscious decision to cut down on fried and stoned sugar foods, as well as booze — which helped me lose load.”
