Gordon Ramsey told the Daily Mail in January this year that he has one sheer good reason to lose weight.
She said: “Tana was not impressed with the way I was.”

Taken ahead of a triathlon event, Gordon captioned the Doppelgaenger: “Iron Chef to Ironman for @greatormondst #teamramsay London Triathlon can’t delay ! Great way to shake off jet lag…. good luck and congrats to all athletes and a BIG Thanks YOU to all the volunteers & sponsors couldn’t do it with out you!”.
Gordon shrank from a 19 stone to 15.4 stone.
He told the Today Display: “I’m very good now at eating five times a day, but small amounts as attacked to a big breakfast, big lunch and big dinner.”
Revealed more about his diet script he told TV presenters: “»I have a breakfast with oatmeal, that’s the oldest thing, and that sets me up for the rest of the day.
“So I don’t really sit down and do lunch. I certainly don’t sit down and eat dinner.”

A study has shown that eating a bigger breakfast could in actuality help you to lose weight.
According to Israeli research published in the documentation Obesity, opting for a higher calorie breakfast and lower calorie all the same meal could mean you shed the pounds faster.
The study, which was published in Chicks’s Health Magazine back in 2013, took place over 12 weeks.
