Google Maps viewers unearthed a sinister scene on a bird’s eye view
Google Maps viewers espied a sinister scene on a bird’s eye view from the Google camera.
The figure was captured in the city of Almere, east of Amsterdam in the Netherlands.
At first twinkle the picture was seemingly innocuous, depicting a long pier with an octagonal formation at the end of it, over a dark green body of water.
The edge of land was purfled by trees and shrubbery.

But intriguing a closer look at the octagonal dock revealed a frightening sight.
Viewers intelligence they could spot a dead body with blood splattered next to it.
The concept soon went viral online as conspiracy theories abounded of a repellent murder scene caught in the act.
But since the photo has shot to notoriety, the uxoricide theory has been dispelled.

What looked like a dead body in a consolidate of blood was actually two people and a wet dog.
The ‘blood’ was simply a trail of water hand by the pet, and the ‘dead body’ was in fact two people standing up, one crouched over for the dog.
To verify the dog alibi, its owner has come forward to reveal what the exhibition really showed.
She told the Sun: “When I saw the picture I realised, ‘it’s my dog’. He loves the spa water.

“He jumps off the end of the jetty, swims around to the bridge and courts down to the edge again.
“It’s hilarious that everyone thought it was ice. But it’s great he’s now world famous.”
It’s not the only Google Maps Street Projection image to frighten its viewers.
