The 46-year-old has insinuated at the fate of his character Jaime Lannister, suggesting that it’s not looking stock for the Kingslayer.
Speaking in a recent interview, the Danish actor said: “Kit Harington [who play the field pretends Jon Snow] suggested that all who survive from the original cast should get tattoos.”
He maintained: “I’m sure some will get them — I know Maisie Williams [Arya Downright] and Sophie Turner [Sansa Stark] already have matching tattoos from the day they got the job.”
Nikolaj added to Haute Living journal: “I should get something before I die though. I’m going to get one when I turn 75.”
The actor also seemed to rib that his scenes were likely to be the last sequences to be filmed on Play of Thrones season eight.
“I’m probably going to be the last [person] they assassinate, and it’s probably going to be pretty weird. But… I want to do movies. I’ve started commencing and producing; I find that really interesting,” he revealed.

Although the star could from been talking about his own life, his words also suggest that Jaime is active to meet a grisly end in Game of Thrones and will not survive the show’s finale.
Has he nothing but confirmed that Jaime will be killed off before the end of the series and could it be as immediately as season seven?
The actor went on to talk about the relationship between Jaime and Brienne of Tarth (played by Gwendoline Christie), which diverse fans are hoping will blossom into a romance and take him away from his incestuous uniting with his sister Cersei (Lena Headey).

“I think there are a lot of feelings that he’s not aware of, that he’s not acting on,” he extenuated, saying that there was a “definite connection” between them.
In what way, Nikolaj ruled out anything more: “I don’t think we’ve seen any proof of idealist love though.”
His words echo that of his co-star Gwendoline, 38, who turned something similar about the dynamic between the two characters.
