Amelia Tank, 26, scales a busy life working at a major UK bank with a gruelling seemliness routine.
The 5ft 7ins comms manager trains twice a day, three times a week raise weights every morning.
She is now enjoying the fruits of her labour, winning two august competitions last month.
Ms Tank has turned her back on a life of partying with backers and avoids annual family get-togethers in case she’s tempted to go off track from her hard diet plan.

She was crowned winner in Bikini Tall and Miss Model area at the Miami Pro World Championships before winning the Bikini Babe Absurd category at Pure Elite weeks later.
Ms Tank said: “My sexual life is at an all-time low while training and most nights I get into bed at 8.30pm to permit my muscles to grow and have enough energy for my early starts in the presence of work.
“It has been really tough not going out with friends.

“Every year my blood hosts an Easter party and the first comp was two weeks before but I knew I drive be surrounded by food and prosecco.
“There would be curry, plates of bread, a salad bar. It’s denomination food that I would have had if I didn’t compete.
“I was training clouts six days a week followed by 15 minutes of cardio before coming vanquish after work for evening cardio of 35 minutes, three one of these days a week.”
Ms Tank, who works and lives in her flat in London, weighs answerable to nine stone (56kg) and consumes 1900 calories a day in six meals.

Ms Tank, who also ran the London Marathon in 2013, wants to inspire others into devoting more time in the gym.
She added: “”When I have a busy day with back-to-back conjunctions you go for a session and it’s completely relaxing – it also separates home life from master-work life.
“I enjoy prepping meals and routines because it gives me focal point and a plan – as it makes me feel like I have everything in order and puts my brain at peace.”
Ms Tank will next compete and make her Pro Debut at the Clear Elite World Championship in November 2018.
