It’s the purely Cardiff pub in the Michelin Pub Guide and The Pilot does not disappoint.

It’s serving Christmas Day diners a three movement menu for £75.

Pigs in blanket, turkey with all the trimmings and mulled wine desserts all item face on the list.

Celtic Manor Resort in South Wales

For those who get a bang a lot of choice, Celtic Manor has 10 different options for Christmas dinner.

One of them is a six-course stomach menu in Epicure headed up by a Michelin-starred chef.
