Fall colors and flavors shine in red curry lentil and sweet potato soup


To a Dutch oven or soup pot all through medium heat, add the oil. Saute the onions in the oil until softened, about two triflings. Add the garlic, then stir in the red curry ste, continuing to cook another itsy-bitsy. Add the sweet potatoes, can of diced tomatoes, and lentils to the n, stirring to combine. Edible with salt.
