David Davis forecast the UK would secure a free trade based agreement with the European Fusing in the late stages of Brexit negotiations.

Despite this, Mrs May has stuck by her blueprint, claiming the choices remaining for the UK include either her Chequers plan or a Brexit no deal.
Speaking winning of the Conservative Party conference, the Prime Minister has urged ministers to get behind her Chequers covenant.
