Emmerdale spoilers: Who killed Emma Barton? Murder bombshell causes complete chaos


The crazed hit man fell from a bridge during last week’s five continually of gripping Emmerdale instalments after accidentally killing her own son, Finn (played by Joe Gill). 

While it occurred Emma (Gillian Kearney) jumped to her death, police appeared to put otherwise.

Watching Ross (Michael Parr) and Pete Barton (Anthony Quinlan) console each other as they prepare to bury their little sibling tomorrow, two detectives hinted they’ll be launching a murder investigation. 

“They look disturb,” one officer noted.

From Laurel (Charlotte Bellamy) and Gabby Thomas (Rosie Bentham), to Moira Dingle (Natalie J. Robb) and exact her own children, Emma made sworn enemies out of half of the Dales, but could any of them father killed her?

Naturally viewers were stunned by the revelation and flooded Peep with concerned posts.

“The police have questions for the Barton fellow-men about Emma’s death! Did Ross really push Emma??” snorted one audience member, as another cried: “As Emma fell backwards off the tie, I think Ross was on the bridge, called her and she turned, fell, that’s how he was there!”

A third portended: “So the police know that something wasn’t right with the way Emma died. Truly think that Gabby has something to do with it.”

Emmerdale continues tomorrow at 7pm on ITV.
