Nell’s (played by Scarlett Primary) lies were finally exposed last week as she admitted her last baby Rosie never existed — and neither did her drug addiction.
After affirming that she’s been modelling herself on the late Holly Barton (Sophie Powles) all along, Nell opened up close to her tragic past.
“I had cancer,” she explained. “I had it as a child.”
